1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

When you create an account or use EverrCAD, we may collect:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, username, country, and city when you sign up. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
• Billing Information: Billing name, Indian state, optional address, and (for business buyers) GSTIN, used only to issue GST tax invoices.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card number, debit card number, or UPI PIN on our servers. Payment details are handled under Razorpay’s own privacy and security terms.
• Support Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use EverrCAD, we automatically collect certain information:

• Usage Data: Account access, free-tier usage time, subscription status, and device sessions needed to operate the service.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type.
• Optional analytics: Microsoft Clarity session recording and Vercel Speed Insights are disabled in the current website. We do not load these scripts when you visit. Earlier versions used Clarity; see our cookies and storage notice.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and pages visited.

1.3 Your Designs and Files

• Design Files: Depending on the tool and save action, designs and project files are stored in your browser, downloaded to your device, or uploaded to cloud storage for later access. Server features such as DWG conversion and synthesis process files you submit to them.
• Privacy of Designs: Cloud project access is associated with your account. Files you submit are processed to provide the requested feature. Content you choose to publish in the community, blog, shared lessons, or other sharing features may be visible to other people. Do not post confidential information or personal information about children in public content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service: Operate EverrCAD, save your designs, manage your account, and process subscriptions.
• Improve the Platform: Analyze usage patterns to identify bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features.
• Manage Free Tier: Track daily usage time to enforce the free-tier daily time limit.
• Communicate: Send account-related emails (subscription confirmations, password resets, important service updates).
• Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Cloud Storage

We use Supabase for authentication and database records, and Supabase Storage or Cloudflare R2 for uploaded files, depending on the feature. Access to cloud files is handled through account permissions and, for R2, time-limited access URLs. We use HTTPS for data sent to our service.

3.2 Payment Security

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We never store your complete card details on our servers.

3.3 Security Measures

• HTTPS encryption on all connections
• Access controls and principle of least privilege

4. Third-Party Services

EverrCAD uses the following third-party services:

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser storage for sign-in, device-session security, usage limits, preferences, and locally saved work. Optional analytics and session-recording scripts are disabled. Payment providers may use their own storage when you open checkout. See our Cookies & browser storage notice for details and instructions for clearing storage.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. Contact support to make a request. We may need to verify account ownership and retain records required by law. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable legal deadlines.
• Data Portability: Export your design files in .eve format at any time through the application.
• Withdraw Consent: Contact support to withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. Withdrawing optional consent does not require closing your account and does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact support@everrcad.com to exercise these rights. Exporting a design file is separate from requesting a copy of account and other personal data.

7. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Deleted Accounts: Deletion requests are handled through support. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or backup recovery. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding to your request.
• Payment Records: Transaction and invoice records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations, including obligations that can continue after account deletion.

8. Age Requirement

EverrCAD is intended for adults aged 18 and over, including adult students, educators, designers and engineers. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Our learning tools do not make the service intended for children.

At registration, we ask you to declare that you are 18 or older and acknowledge our Terms and Privacy Policy. We record that declaration and the policy version; we do not request a date of birth or identity document through the standard signup form.

If you believe someone under 18 has created an account or provided personal information, contact support@everrcad.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Please do not send identity documents or unnecessary information about a child by email.

9. International Users

EverrCAD is operated by EVERRISE ENGINERING in India. Service providers may process information in India or other countries in which they operate. International processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements; using the service is not, by itself, consent to an international transfer.

Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your account. Your local privacy and consumer rights may apply even when you use a service operated from another country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

This notice describes our data practices. Where consent is required for a new use, a policy update alone does not provide that consent.
