1. Free Tier

• The free tier requires no payment and no credit card.
• Nothing to cancel — simply stop using the service.
• Free tier access does not expire.

How to Cancel

1. Log in at everrcad.com
2. Go to account settings → "Manage Subscription"
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Or email support@everrcad.com

After Cancellation

• Paid access ends when you cancel (these are one-time payments for a fixed period, not auto-renewing subscriptions).
• Account reverts to free tier (15 minutes daily).
• Your designs and data are NOT deleted.
• Re-subscribe anytime for unlimited access.

3. Refunds

7-Day Refund Guarantee

Eligibility

• Eligible: First subscription payment, within 7 days.
• Eligible: Service was significantly unavailable during your period.
• Eligible: Billing error or incorrect charge.
• Not eligible: Repeat purchases outside the first-payment guarantee, unless a refund is required by law.
• Not eligible: Partial-month usage.

How to Request

1. Email support@everrcad.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your registered email and payment reference. A reason is optional for the first-payment guarantee.
3. Processed within 5-7 business days

Processing

• Refunds via Razorpay to original payment method.
• Processing: 5-7 business days from approval, plus 3-5 days bank processing.
• Email confirmation sent when processed.

Our voluntary refund guarantee is additional to your mandatory consumer rights. It does not limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, or any withdrawal or cancellation right that applies by law.

4. Price Changes

• 30 days' advance notice for price increases.
• Current billing cycle unaffected.
• Paid access does not auto-renew; review the price before purchasing another period.

5. Service Discontinuation

• 60 days' advance notice.
• Pro-rata refund for active subscriptions.
• Opportunity to export design files.
