EverrCAD offers a generous free tier (2 hours daily) so you can fully evaluate before subscribing. We want every subscriber to be satisfied.
1. Free Tier
- The free tier requires no payment and no credit card.
- Nothing to cancel — simply stop using the service.
- Free tier access does not expire.
2. Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Log in at everrcad.com
- Go to account settings → "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Or email support@everrcad.com
After Cancellation
- Subscription stays active until end of billing period.
- Account reverts to free tier (2 hours daily).
- Your designs and data are NOT deleted.
- Re-subscribe anytime for unlimited access.
3. Refunds
7-Day Refund Guarantee
First-time subscribers: Request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
Eligibility
- Eligible: First subscription payment, within 7 days.
- Eligible: Service was significantly unavailable during your period.
- Eligible: Billing error or incorrect charge.
- Not eligible: Renewal payments after the first month.
- Not eligible: Partial-month usage.
How to Request
- Email support@everrcad.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email and reason
- Processed within 5-7 business days
Processing
- Refunds via Razorpay to original payment method.
- Processing: 5-7 business days from approval, plus 3-5 days bank processing.
- Email confirmation sent when processed.
4. Price Changes
- 30 days' advance notice for price increases.
- Current billing cycle unaffected.
- Cancel before next cycle if you disagree.
5. Service Discontinuation
- 60 days' advance notice.
- Pro-rata refund for active subscriptions.
- Opportunity to export design files.
