Cookies & browser storage

EverrCAD uses cookies and similar browser technologies to support the features you request. Local storage and IndexedDB can store information on your device just as cookies can.

Storage used for the service

• Sign-in: Supabase Auth stores session information, typically under an sb-…-auth-token local-storage key. It is used to maintain your session and is cleared or updated when you sign out or the session changes.
• Device security: everrcad_device_id identifies a signed-in device for the account’s device limit and session controls. Local storage can persist until you clear it.
• Saved work and preferences: Editors store local projects, autosaves, settings and recovery data in local storage or IndexedDB. Storage lifetime depends on the tool and your browser; some data remains until you delete it or clear site data.
• Temporary session information: Session storage supports actions such as password-reset messages and is normally cleared when its browser tab or session ends.
• Payment: Opening checkout loads Razorpay to process your requested purchase. Razorpay may use storage for payment and fraud-prevention functions under its privacy policy.

Optional analytics

The current website does not load Microsoft Clarity session recording or Vercel Speed Insights. We have disabled both integrations. We do not offer optional analytics categories to accept while those integrations are disabled.

Earlier versions loaded Clarity and may have left cookies such as _clck and _clsk. These are no longer read by a Clarity integration on this version. You can remove them in your browser’s site-data settings. Disabling recording does not itself erase data already held by a provider; contact support with questions about earlier data.

Your controls

You can clear or block cookies and site storage through your browser. Export or back up your work first: clearing storage can remove local projects, recovery copies and preferences, and sign you out. Blocking necessary storage can prevent requested features from working.

If we introduce optional tracking in the future, it will require a separate review and, where required, a choice before it loads. Account registration or using EverrCAD is not consent to optional tracking.
